Delivery and payment
What does delivery in France cost?
Small items: standard delivery in France costs €7.99. Express delivery, where available for your address, costs €10.99. Express transport does not shorten the production time of a personalised item.
Sculptures, lighting and furniture suitable for parcel delivery: €30 up to 10 kg shipping weight, then €50 up to 50 kg, in France. Other pieces require transport arranged with the workshop. A mixed basket may involve two shipments.
When will my order be ready?
If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering to confirm availability, preparation time and delivery options.
Do you deliver outside France?
Available services and charges are shown at checkout. International sculpture transport is arranged directly with the workshop.
How do I pay?
Check your basket and proceed to secure checkout. Enter your address to see delivery charges and available payment methods. Contact the workshop before ordering a sculpture requiring special transport.
Sizing and personalisation
How do I measure my wrist?
Use a flexible tape or a strip of paper where you will wear the bracelet. Measure in centimetres, against the skin without tightening. Enter this measurement in the field for a made-to-measure motorcycle chain bracelet. For other models or if unsure, ask us before ordering.
How do I create a family magnet?
Choose the size, drawing colour, characters and optional names. The small format is 100 × 60 mm and costs €15; the large format is 150 × 110 mm and costs €25. Check the layout and spelling before adding it to your basket.
The surface must be compatible with magnets: not all metals are magnetic.
How do I order a name necklace?
Enter your name and choose the lettering on the product page. Discuss chain length, dimensions and attachments with the workshop before ordering.
Returns and order support
Can I return an item?
For a standard item bought remotely, you generally have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your withdrawal. Write to us with your order number to arrange the return.
Can I return a personalised item?
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, especially with names, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Check spelling and composition carefully before ordering.
What if my item is faulty or does not conform?
Faulty or non-conforming items remain covered by statutory guarantees, including personalised items. Contact the workshop so we can examine the situation with you.

How do I buy or hire a monumental sculpture?
The Big Alien is available for sale or hire on request. The 400 kg Alien is also available to acquire. Tell us about your project, location and access arrangements to plan transport. For an event, include the dates.
How do I care for my creation?
Materials and finishes differ between pieces. Ask the workshop for advice for your model before using cleaning products or placing it outdoors.
